Baldelita, MB (hereinafter - the "Company") values ​​and cares for its Customers, therefore, in this Return Policy (hereinafter - the "Policy") we clearly and unambiguously present it in the Company's activities and on the website http://colina.lt (hereinafter - the "Website" ) terms and conditions and rules for refund of goods and money applied to purchased goods and services.

The terms "You", "Your" and "Customer" mean the entity, person, company or organization using our Site and purchasing our Goods and Services. The words "we" and "our" refer to the company established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Baldelita, MB and its subsidiaries, branches and representative offices. The terms "Products", "Goods" include any goods or services available for purchase on our Site.

We apply this Policy when you visit the Company's website and purchase the Products sold on it. This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites and applications that you may find through our Site, including those that may be related to our goods or services. You have the right, without giving a reason and without incurring additional costs, to refuse the order and return the purchased Goods to the Company within 14 days, if the Goods have not been used, are not damaged, the packaging has not been damaged, all labels remain and their appearance has not fundamentally changed, i.e. Only such changes were made to the Product and/or the appearance of the Product's packaging as were necessary to check the received Products.

The right to withdraw from the distance contract and return the Goods within 14 days does not apply to legal entities (i.e. companies, entrepreneurs and individuals purchasing Products for commercial purposes).

The provisions of this section do not limit Your right to refuse services or to return Goods that are of poor quality or have defects.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Any Product that you wish to return to us must be returned in its original packaging, the packaging must not be damaged and the Product must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. You must ensure that the Product and its packaging are not damaged or damaged during transport. If the returned Product does not meet these requirements, we will not be able to accept it.

If the Product is not subject to return exceptions, you must submit a request for service refusal or Product return to us no later than within 14 days.

If you have decided to refuse the service or return the Product, please contact our Customer Service department, who will help you do this and provide all the necessary information about how you can refuse our services and where you can return the purchased Product.

If you refuse the service and/or return the Product, in compliance with all the conditions set forth in this Policy, we will refund the amounts you paid, with the exception of additional costs incurred due to the fact that you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest conventional one offered by us.

We remind you that you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the product, caused by actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Services that the Customer orders by submitting a specific request to you regarding the arrival of your employees in order to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work

POOR GOODS

If you want to return a defective Product, you can do so within 14 days from the day of delivery of the Product to you by informing us by e-mail. by e-mail to info@colina.lt, adding photos or videos of the defective Product and/or package, describing the defects of the Product.

When sending us a notice of service refusal or return of a defective Product, please include the following information:

Order number

The name of the product or service

Information about defects, missing parts or damage to the Product

Evidence of product defects (for example, photos or videos showing product defects (if possible), as well as photos or videos with packaging damage, etc.)

When applying for a defective Product return, please indicate how you would like to handle the situation:

replace a defective Product with an identical Product of good quality;

accept the product and return the money paid to the Customer;

to apply a discount corresponding to the reduction in the value of the Product due to existing defects for the low-quality Product;

REFUND POLICY UPDATE

Our Policy may be changed depending on the changed situation or legal requirements. After the company updates the Policy, the new version will be published on the website http://colina.lt. In case of substantial changes to the Policy, we may contact you by sending an email or informing you in another way.
